Alaska remains an undiscovered gem — and that’s exactly why we decided to explore it ourselves. We carried out an on-the-ground inspection across some of the region’s most stunning and remote corners to design the most refined incentive travel program on the market. As a result, we’re now ready to invite companies looking for truly unique, high-impact motivational experiences to embark on a once-in-a-lifetime adventure at the edge of the world.

Why choose Alaska for an incentive trip?

Because here, luxury meets untamed nature. Because here, the reward isn’t a voucher – it’s a helicopter ride over a glacier. And all of it unfolds in the shadow of peaks you’ll never forget.

What’s in our program? Discover what a dream incentive can look like:

1. From Seattle to Alaska – a luxury cruise aboard Anthem of the Seas

Our incentive journey began in Seattle, where we boarded Anthem of the Seas – one of Royal Caribbean’s most advanced cruise ships – for an unforgettable voyage.

Onboard: gourmet restaurants, pools, entertainment, and ideal spaces for group integration. Sailing among islands, fjords, and rugged peaks set the perfect stage for what was to come.

2. Juneau – glacier landing by helicopter

The capital of Alaska welcomed us with silence and breathtaking natural beauty.

We arranged a spectacular and unforgettable helicopter flight to a glacier. After landing on the icy surface, we took a short, safe walk among deep-blue crevasses in the profound stillness of Arctic nature.

3. Skagway – legendary mountain railway

Next, we traveled to Skagway for a ride on the historic White Pass & Yukon Route railway, originally built in 1898 during the gold rush.

The views? Absolutely jaw-dropping. Bridges suspended over canyons, tunnels carved through solid rock, and frost-covered peaks towering over untouched valleys ruled solely by nature.

4. Endicott Arm & Dawes Glacier – a natural glacier theatre

A highlight of the journey was our expedition to Endicott Arm and Dawes Glacier – where ice speaks its own language. This narrow fjord, accessible by ship or catamaran, leads to a towering glacier, from which massive chunks of ice break off and crash dramatically into the water.

5. Anchorage – the beginning or end of your Alaskan adventure

For many, Anchorage marks either the first step or final farewell to Alaska.

Additional stops that elevate the incentive experience:

Vancouver and Seattle – two vibrant metropolises

We complemented our Alaska program with time in Vancouver and Seattle – two world-class cities offering luxury hotels, Michelin-starred restaurants, and direct flights to Europe. The final logistical touch to a seamless journey.

Why Margot Travel?

Because we personally tested every element of this program. We met with local providers, tested services, flew helicopters, rode the railway, and sailed to the glacier. Our know-how isn’t based on theory – it’s built on hands-on experience. And today, that experience translates into a flawlessly designed offer for companies seeking something extraordinary.
