It all started with Małgorzata Gulińska, who decided to turn her passion for travelling into a travel agency. This is how Margot Travel was established, and has been organising conferences, integration and incentive trips in Poland and all over the world for 25 years. So far, our customers have visited almost all corners of the world, taken part in unusual expeditions and unforgettable adventures as well as admired breathtaking views. Originator and creator of Margot Travel. Travel enthusiast, activist, a source of inspiration for many. She believes that she wants to be able to, and the statement "can't be" in her dictionary does not exist. An expert in sensing human needs. Apart from traveling, she is fascinated by tango and body art.

Kasia Tarka

At Margot for 13 years, a specialist in impossible things and a good word. In a multi-tasking company: from creating unforgettable projects, through their implementation, to taking care of finances. Her passion is cuisine from around the world and discovering the secrets of baking. She never flew by plane!

Małgorzata Dubiel

A perfectionist in every inch, an Event Manager by education. At work, ambitious and ready to implement the client's most daring idea. An admirer of cats and themed evenings. She loves when a lot is happening and she replenishes her energy reserves invariably in Spain, her place on earth.

Ewa Malawska

A woman for special tasks, she has been organizing and conducting expeditions around the world for 11 years, from diving trips to trekking trips. A lover of mountains, photography and life in constant motion. Definitely a sports type, she prefers a mountain bike or more skis instead of bags 😄.
